Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Managing real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio, the full-time Retail Transaction Manager will prepare and execute transaction strategies, collaborate with brokerage teams, and negotiate leases and sales in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Coordinate negotiations of leases and sales while ensuring optimal deal terms for clients
• Develop real estate plans aligned with clients' strategic goals and track transaction activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions, particularly in retail
• Real Estate License is required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
