Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Managing real estate transaction activities, the full-time Remote Real Estate Transaction Manager will oversee new leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions for a defined portfolio of commercial properties while collaborating closely with local brokerage teams to ensure optimal deal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and coordinate lease renewals and new site acquisitions
• Negotiate leases and sales, tracking all transaction activity and preparing necessary documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions, particularly in retail
• Real Estate License is required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
