Job Summary
Seeking a remote Real World Data Programmer, the full-time position will focus on programming and managing healthcare datasets, including claims and EMR data, while providing analytics support for real world evidence generation.
Key responsibilities:
- Programming and managing real world healthcare datasets, including healthcare claims and EMR data
- Performing data cleaning, transformation, and normalization prior to analysis
- Creating and maintaining data dictionaries and programming documentation while supporting internal research teams
Required qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD) in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in an analytics-related field with 7+ years of experience in real world data
- Strong programming experience in SQL and R
- Direct experience programming Real World Data (RWD)
- Hands-on experience with healthcare claims data
- Experience working with EMR data
