Rebate Account Specialist

Job Summary

Analyzing and implementing rebate submission processes, the full-time remote Rebate Account Specialist II will manage complex rebate setups, submit quarterly reports to pharmaceutical manufacturers, and reconcile rebate payments while collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees multiple complex rebate setups and maintains parameters in the rebate processing system
• Submits quarterly rebate reports and collects rebate payments from manufacturers in a timely manner
• Communicates with pharmaceutical companies regarding payment discrepancies and resolves issues effectively

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or CPhT required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pharmacy or Medical Claims Processing, Trade or Industry Relations, or Drug Claim Analysis required
• Proficient in Word and Excel at an intermediate level
• Experience working in a remote setting preferred
• Pharmacy experience, including knowledge of drug names, classes, and terminology, preferred
