Rebate Analyst
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the entire rebate process, the full-time Rebate Analyst will create, maintain, and reconcile rebate contracts while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work environment based in Albuquerque, NM.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the rebate process including agreement loading, transmission, reconciliation, and maintenance
- Submit rebate claims to vendors through various methods and update related agreements and materials in SAP
- Investigate rebate discrepancies and continuously improve rebate processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale distribution
- Proficiency in ERP software, preferably SAP/Vistex
- Knowledge of database architecture and maintenance
- Understanding of discounting, pricing, and basic accounting principles
