Receivables and Billing Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting the Asset Protection Division, the full-time remote Receivables and Billing Accountant will manage payment applications, account maintenance, collections, and month-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply and reconcile customer payments while resolving discrepancies and unapplied cash
• Maintain customer account records and ensure accuracy in billing and receivable transactions
• Analyze receivable activity and support collections efforts for delinquent accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Background in accounting, accounts receivable, or financial operations
• Knowledge of account reconciliations and financial analysis processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant financial systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
