Reconciliation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the claims reconciliation process, the remote Reconciliation Specialist will execute daily reviews of pharmacy claims and related payments, identify unmatched payments, and communicate findings to management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily reviews of the Unmatched payment screen in eRecon to identify claim data matches
• Complete daily assessments of payment items resulting in over/underpayment of claims
• Analyze and report any PBM actions requiring communication with management

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate
• 1-3 years of experience in retail pharmacy, medical billing, or healthcare claims preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Demonstrated dependability and initiative in project completion
