Job Summary
Supporting the reconsideration and dispute resolution process, the full-time Reconsideration Analyst will analyze case files, coordinate document delivery, and respond to inquiries while working remotely from anywhere in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates delivery of re-determination files and decisions related to reconsiderations and dispute resolutions
- Builds and analyzes case files to ensure compliance with CMS requirements for valid reconsideration requests
- Responds to inquiries from appellants, patients, and providers regarding the reconsideration process
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of general office experience, with education in administration or business potentially substituting for experience
- Preferred experience with Medicare
- Must have resided in the United States for at least three of the last five years
