Records Evaluator

Job Summary

Analyzing and assessing student academic records, the full-time remote Records Evaluator I will ensure accurate evaluation of transfer credit, determine degree eligibility, and prepare Academic Advisement Reports while providing expert assistance to students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Examine and analyze student academic records to determine eligibility for admission and transferability of course credits
• Evaluate transferability of coursework from various institutions and update Academic Advisement Reports accordingly
• Assist students and advisors by interpreting degree requirements and resolving transfer credit concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of record keeping, customer service, or related experience required
• Experience in higher education preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other applications in the Microsoft Office suite
