Records Evaluator

Job Summary

Analyzing and assessing student academic records, the full-time remote Records Evaluator I will ensure accurate evaluation of transfer credit, determine eligibility for degree programs, and prepare timely Academic Advisement Reports while providing expert assistance to students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Examine student academic records to determine eligibility for admission and transferability of course credits
• Run SOAR audits and update Academic Advisement Reports to accurately reflect transfer credits
• Assist in entering course equivalencies in the Transfer Equivalency System to maintain consistency in evaluations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of record keeping, customer service, or related experience required
• Experience in higher education preferred
• Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to comprehend complex information
