Recovery Analyst

Job Summary

Identifying and investigating claims overpayments, the full-time Recovery Analyst will support the Claims Recovery function while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Research and investigate potential claims overpayments based on reports from internal and external sources
• Ensure compliance with benefit plans and provider contracts related to claims payment accuracy
• Summarize research findings to facilitate the collection of overpayments from providers

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year of claims processing experience or a solid understanding of claims processing
• Experience in a high production, high volume environment
