Job Summary
As a full-time Recovery Associate working remotely, the candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in the Retention & Collections Organization, focusing on customer retention and collection of outstanding balances through inbound and outbound communications.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers via inbound calls and texts to ensure compliance and retention
- Conduct outbound communications to follow up on payment plans and collections efforts
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet departmental guidelines and key performance indicators
Required qualifications
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
