Job Summary
Driving recovery operations across a 20-state portfolio, the full-time Recovery Operations Lead will manage eviction prevention strategies, oversee collections processes, and ensure legal compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and reduce costs.
Key responsibilities
- Own the operating picture by maintaining accountability for volume, open items, and aging, while surfacing risks to leadership
- Lead the team day-to-day by establishing clear priorities, coaching team members, and ensuring execution of routine decisions
- Own the metrics by defining and tracking KPIs, spotting trends, and driving improvements in recovery strategies
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of property management experience, particularly in collections and evictions
- Proven experience in reducing eviction or legal-related costs at scale
- Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and multi-state compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high-volume operational environments
- Highly analytical with strong financial acumen and experience using data to drive decisions
