Recovery Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare analytics service, the full-time Recovery Operations Specialist will manage client mailings, reconcile invoices, and coordinate provider communications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate client mailings and letter tracking, logging all inbound letters within 24 hours
• Reconcile monthly invoices with 100% accuracy, tracking adjustments and minimizing unexplained variances
• Acknowledge and respond to provider inquiries within 24 hours, coordinating appeals and maintaining communication with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare claims experience
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role
• Exceptional accuracy and responsiveness in work outputs
• U.S.-based with work authorization
