Recovery Savings Analyst

Job Summary

Managing overpayment recovery processes, the full-time Recovery Savings Analyst will recover and allocate overpaid dollars, partner with vendors and internal teams, and conduct provider outreach while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review, collect, and resolve overpayment recovery items through phone and written correspondence
• Partner with internal business units and vendors to recover funds and allocate refunds
• Administer overpayment recovery policies and manage inventory to achieve recovery goals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of medical claims processing experience
• 2+ years of medical claims adjustments and/or rework experience
• Experience conducting outbound calls for provider outreach
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments with high accuracy
• Ability to interpret and apply guidelines related to eligibility and benefits
