Recovery Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Recovery Specialist will manage inbound and outbound collection activities for direct deposit accounts, installment loans, and card products while maintaining productivity and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all inbound collection activity and place outbound calls to delinquent accounts
- Review and follow up on voicemails and returned mail
- Utilize internal systems to move funds and perform other assigned duties
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year of collections experience required
- Basic knowledge of collection management software, such as TSYS or DM9
- Public Notary registration preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
