To support diverse hiring needs, the full-time Recruiter will manage full-cycle searches across engineering, research, product, and partnerships, working remotely with a high level of autonomy and urgency.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates
- Own searches from intake to close, collaborating directly with hiring managers to refine role specifications
- Source candidates creatively and relentlessly, identifying and engaging exceptional talent in competitive markets
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in closing strong candidates in competitive markets
- Technical recruiting experience is highly desirable
- Ability to operate effectively with minimal structure or direction
- Strong writing skills that enhance candidate engagement
- Capability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with a sense of urgency
