Job Summary

Accountable for full life cycle recruiting, the full-time Recruiter will attract, source, and screen candidates for various positions in a remote setting while partnering with hiring managers to ensure equitable assessment practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attract and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a consistent selection process

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Results-driven with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Action-oriented with a sense of urgency and high energy
• Demonstrated adaptability and learning agility in changing scenarios
