- Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and AI-powered tools to identify and engage talent
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely process
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Comfort using AI tools for sourcing and candidate engagement
- Experience in HR (Generalist, Employer Relations) is strongly preferred
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership over work
