Job Summary

Providing full-life cycle recruiting, the remote Recruiter will screen, qualify, interview candidates, and manage relationships while advising hiring managers throughout the selection process on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and candidate relationship management
• Assess candidates for cultural and skill fit while advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques
• Utilize data and market intelligence to inform staffing strategies and ensure compliance with hiring processes

Required qualifications:

• US Citizenship required
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience hiring leadership-level roles for high-level executives
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Proven ability to consult and advise hiring managers to drive business results
