To support a dynamic startup environment, the full-time Recruiter will source and engage top-tier candidates, manage the recruitment life-cycle, and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and engage candidates through creative and traditional channels
• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Develop and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline aligned with organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of headhunting or recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
• Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through various platforms
• Strong skills in recruitment pipeline management and stakeholder satisfaction
• Exceptional self-management abilities with experience working remotely
• Solid understanding of US employment market dynamics and talent trends
