Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time contract-to-hire Recruiter will partner with various departments to attract, engage, and hire top talent while managing full-cycle recruiting processes remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own multiple full-cycle recruiting roles across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine interview processes while adhering to standardized procedures
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through outbound sourcing and talent networks
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience configuring interview plans and feedback forms in Ashby
- Proven track record of hiring high-performing candidates in fast-paced environments
- Strong sourcing skills with comfort in outbound recruiting
- Experience recruiting in high-growth startups or scaling organizations
