Job Summary

Full-time and remote, the Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple levels and geographic markets, focusing on attracting and screening candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure fair and equitable selection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting for diverse roles across different markets
• Attract, source, and screen both passive and active candidates using various platforms
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain consistent assessment practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting
• Prior experience in recruiting light industrial positions preferred
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, particularly Bullhorn
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
