Job Summary

Owning the recruitment process from intake to accepted offer, the full-time Recruiter will manage searches across hardware, AI software, and go-to-market roles in a remote environment, ensuring a thorough understanding of candidate qualifications and hiring manager needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating job specifications and managing candidate evaluations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate requirements and adjust search strategies as needed
• Analyze candidate profiles and provide actionable insights to hiring teams, influencing decisions based on evidence

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing recruitment searches across multiple domains, including technical and go-to-market roles
• Demonstrated success in closing senior candidates, particularly those with competing offers
• Ability to translate vague hiring needs into clear job specifications and adjust them as circumstances change
• Experience in designing interview loops and scorecards that facilitate effective candidate assessments
• Familiarity with the nuances of hiring in technical fields, particularly in silicon design and verification
