- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Source candidates using various talent channels and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interview logistics and guide hiring managers through structured interview processes
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting for a SaaS or software company
- Strong sourcing skills across job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and recruiting technology
