Job Summary
To support a growing talent acquisition function, the contract-to-hire Recruiter will own recruiting processes from intake through offer, collaborate with hiring managers, and source candidates for various roles, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own recruiting processes from intake through offer for assigned roles, enhancing full cycle recruiting skills
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and build effective interview plans
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience or relevant experience as a sourcer ready to expand into full cycle recruiting
- Experience recruiting in a SaaS, software, or technology environment
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment
