Job Summary

To support a dynamic startup environment, the full-time Recruiter will source and engage top talent, manage the recruitment pipeline, and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage top talent through various headhunting techniques and networks
• Manage the recruitment pipeline from initial outreach through offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably in startup or tech environments
• Proven success in sourcing and closing talent for hard-to-fill roles
• Strong self-management skills for thriving in fully remote roles
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Authorization to work in the US and based within the United States
