Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end hiring process, the remote Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Glow's global G&A teams, partnering with business leaders to deliver high-quality hires efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and G&A roles from kickoff to offer and close
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define target profiles and run structured interview processes
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates using modern outreach tools while tracking recruiting performance and metrics
Required qualifications
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience focused on corporate or G&A functions
- Strong sourcing acumen with a proactive and data-driven approach
- Experience running a structured hiring process from intake to close
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting analytics
- Prior experience hiring for a high-growth SaaS/startup environment is a plus
