Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the remote Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to source and engage top-tier candidates while optimizing recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and engage passive candidates with personalized outreach
• Support continuous improvement in recruitment operations and monitor key recruiting metrics

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within an HR/People Operations team
• Experience with the Greenhouse application tracking system is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage start-to-finish job requisitions across various functions
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment
