Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the remote Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, proactively source candidates for various roles including Pharmacy Operations and Product & Engineering, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and develop candidate pipelines across all roles using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle, coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process
• Monitor recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the ATS to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• At least six years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy recruitment
• Passionate about the mission of House Rx and capable of inspiring candidates
• Able to leverage metrics and analytics to enhance hiring decisions
• Previous start-up experience in a fast-paced, remote environment is preferred
