Job Summary
To support a growing team dedicated to type 1 diabetes research and advocacy, the full-time Recruiter will identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent while enhancing the candidate experience in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and community partnerships
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a respectful and engaging experience
- Conduct behavioral interviews and partner with hiring teams to make informed hiring decisions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent preferred
- Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday experience being a plus
