Job Summary
Proactively identifying and engaging talent, the full-time Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales and G&A teams while working remotely across the US.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process in partnership with hiring managers
- Source and recruit passive talent through innovative strategies and manage the candidate pipeline
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams to create deliverables and track metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with high-volume sales recruiting
- Experience using an ATS to manage candidates, with preference for Lever
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and Boolean search strings
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with varying requirements
