Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruitment process, the full-time remote Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to define roles, source and assess candidates, and manage the interview and offer process across various functions including sales, IT, marketing, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, and closing offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role requirements, timelines, and compensation expectations
• Maintain accurate ATS records and report on pipeline status and sourcing effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either corporate or agency
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, particularly in sales, technical, and operations roles
• Proficient in sourcing candidates through various platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse workload of requisitions at different stages
• Clear communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers
