Owning the recruitment process end-to-end, the full-time Recruiter will proactively source and hire top talent across various roles at Adapty while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vacancies from intake to accepted offer, ensuring a clear profile for each role
- Run a streamlined hiring process to maintain low Time to Offer while upholding high standards
- Build talent pipelines through proactive market mapping and direct outreach
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech or SaaS company
- Proven success in closing Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of recruitment metrics such as Time to Offer and funnel conversion
- Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to adapt and improve hiring processes based on data and feedback
