Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Recruiter will own full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles, managing requisitions, sourcing candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage requisitions from intake through accepted offers, screening candidates for skills and fit
- Proactively source candidates and build pipelines for recurring and niche roles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and representing the company's mission and culture
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles
- Experience managing multiple requisitions independently from intake to close
- Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong sourcing skills and a solid understanding of recruiting processes
