Job Summary
Proactively sourcing and screening candidates, the full-time Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles across the firm while working remotely from FL, NV, TN, TX, or UT.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates for multiple open positions
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and track key recruiting metrics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline the hiring process and ensure informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proven experience in sourcing and headhunting candidates
- Experience managing multiple open roles in a high-volume environment
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, job boards, and at least one ATS
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
