To support a key client's business needs, the full-time Recruiter - Business Services will manage full cycle recruitment processes, connecting motivated candidates to job opportunities while working 100% virtually from the US.
Key responsibilities
- Drive all aspects of talent management and provide exceptional service to candidates and clients
- Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through effective sourcing strategies and outreach campaigns
- Screen and assess candidates efficiently to advocate for their career opportunities and ensure client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
- Client-facing experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload for support recruiters
- High school diploma or equivalent
