Recruiter - Contact Center

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Recruiter - Contact Center, this hybrid position based in Midvale, UT will manage high-volume recruiting efforts, including posting job ads, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high volume of requisitions, applicants, and interviews to meet time-sensitive hiring goals
• Assess candidates for sales aptitude and customer service orientation while communicating job expectations
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a contact center or high-volume sales environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday experience a plus
• Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering results in a growth-oriented environment
• Experience with innovative recruiting methods and behavioral-based interviewing techniques
