Job Summary

Supporting workforce growth, the temporary Recruiter Contractor will manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, partner with hiring managers to develop strategies, and ensure compliance with hiring processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment for clinical and operational positions, managing candidate pipelines and providing market insights to hiring managers
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, utilizing sourcing strategies and market research to identify qualified candidates
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and share best practices with recruiting peers to enhance recruitment effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for healthcare or behavioral health positions preferred
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
