Driving high-volume talent acquisition, the full-time remote Recruiter for 1099 Contractors will manage candidate engagement, pipeline acceleration, and the vetting process to contract high-caliber clinicians across multiple states.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective candidates, effectively pitching and closing on Pomelo Care's value proposition
- Drive pipeline velocity through proactive outreach and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and minimize candidate drop-off
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and inform strategic decisions regarding contractor capacity
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, ideally for 1099 contractors
- Proven track record utilizing various sourcing tools and creative strategies for candidate acquisition
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates across various stages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to establish trust with healthcare professionals
