Seeking a Recruiter for Go to Market, the remote position will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, source candidates, and enhance the organization's presence across various job platforms while supporting the mission of connecting individuals to vital behavioral health treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Create talent acquisition strategies and provide guidance to hiring managers
• Source and manage candidates through the entire talent acquisition process
• Organize marketing campaigns on job boards and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven ability to source candidates and manage the interview process
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
