Job Summary

Supporting talent acquisition efforts, the full-time Recruiter I will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for active funded positions within a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to support recruiting efforts for assigned requisitions
• Source candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or a related field, including internships
• Ability and desire to learn new skills, including technical and industry-specific terminology
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sourcing candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
