Job Summary
Providing world-class recruiting services, the full-time Recruiter II will identify, recruit, interview, and recommend candidates for entry to mid-level and managerial positions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Sources, screens, interviews, and refers candidates to hiring managers
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with placement agencies, external recruiters, and HR partners
- Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and promotes the organization as an employer of choice
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Four (4) or more years of experience in a related area
