Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the temporary Recruiter II will manage full-cycle recruiting for Operations and Supply Chain positions, partnering with hiring managers and HR while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from initial intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and priorities
- Source and screen qualified candidates, presenting them to hiring managers for selection
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Operations and Supply Chain
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage talent
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
