Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders, the full-time remote Recruiter for the Recruitment Operations Center will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle to attract, retain, and develop talent for Hilton-managed Hotels across North America.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure recruitment processes, metrics, and compliance meet Hilton's standards
• Conduct screening interviews and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Develop a pipeline of quality talent through networking, sourcing, and job fairs

Required qualifications:

• Two (2) years of recruiting experience
• Experience managing complex searches
• One (1) year of experience working with applicant tracking systems
• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree preferred
• One (1) year of hospitality experience preferred
