Recruiter Sourcer

Job Summary

To support hiring needs across multiple business groups, the contract Human Resources Sourcer/Recruiter will develop sourcing strategies, engage with candidates and stakeholders, and maintain candidate data in a hybrid work environment, preferably based in NY or remote within the EST time zone.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various outreach methods and tools
• Screen candidates and provide market insights on talent availability and sourcing challenges
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while ensuring compliance with recruiting processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in financial services or insurance
• Strong sourcing skills, including advanced search and passive candidate outreach
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, particularly Workday Recruiting
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring leaders
