Recruiter / Sourcer

Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Recruiter / Sourcer will independently manage the full-cycle recruiting process and proactively source candidates for various technical and product-focused roles in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned searches, engaging qualified candidates through creative methods
• Manage multiple requisitions through the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring strong candidate pipelines and effective hiring outcomes
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to clarify role requirements and share market insights to enhance recruiting efforts

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in software or hardware product environments
• Proven success in recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering and product management
• Experience in developing and adapting sourcing approaches based on market insights and candidate quality
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse or Ashby
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced environment
