Recruiter Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time hourly Recruiter Talent Sourcer will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while working remotely from Raleigh, NC.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Manage job requisitions and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring managers regarding hiring status and onboarding progress

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of human resource processes and best practices
• Intermediate or above level computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
