Job Summary

As a vital member of the Talent Team, the full-time remote Recruiter - Temporary will execute recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for boutique and corporate positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define vacancies and share labor market insights
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing methods while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to provide market feedback and facilitate the interview process

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at both boutique and corporate levels
• Proven ability to manage a high requisition count (20+) while maintaining strong relationships
• Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for sales associates
• Proficiency in using ATS, social media, and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills and a passion for luxury retail
