Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Recruiter - Wisconsin Licensed will develop and execute recruitment strategies, partner with hiring managers, and manage candidates through the hiring process in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functional areas while meeting established service level agreements
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements
• Provide thoughtful candidate recommendations and manage candidates through the Talent Acquisition process from initial screening to offer acceptance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent knowledge
• Typically, 3 years of Human Resources experience, including recruiting and candidate screening
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute proactive recruitment plans
• Knowledge of recruiting practices, compensation, benefits, and general Human Resources policies
• Understanding of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and regulations
